EXERCISE ORDER:

  1. Sit Up & Weighted Punch
  2. Renegade Rows
  3. Dumbbell Thrusters
  4. Wall Sit & Hammer Curls
  5. Russian Twists

THE WORKOUT:

  • 45 seconds per exercise
  • 15 seconds rest between exercises
  • 30 seconds rest between rounds
  • 3 rounds & 15 minutes in total!
