This workout is great to use as a standalone when short of time, or as an addition to another workout. Try our 20 Minute Tricep Workout, and let us know how you get on! The Workout;

  • 5 rounds in total
  • 10 reps per exercise
  • Minimal rest between exercises
  • 120 seconds rest between rounds

Exercise Order;

  • Tricep Dips
  • Single Arm Push Up
  • Single Arm Push Up (opposite side)
  • Overhead Cable Extensions
