For this 25 Minute Home HIIT Workout you will need a kettlebell (or dumbbell), but should you have no equipment simply head over to our social media channels for loads of bodyweight only workouts!
Here are some more intense workouts that you can try from home or the gym!
The Exercise Order:
- Square Bunny Hops
- Alternating Lunge Jump Taps
- Cossack Squats
- Kettlebell Swings
5 Rounds:
- 40 secs per exercise
- 20 secs between exercises
- 60 seconds between rounds
- 25 mins in total!
