This Battle Ropes HIIT Workout is challenging as a standalone workout, or after a weights session. It’s ideal for those looking for a more upper body focused form of cardio, and those with injuries preventing traditional forms of HIIT training being completed regularly or at all!
You can buy battle ropes off eBay and Amazon for a relatively cheap price. I believe these are a ‘medium weight’ and around 9-12 meters long. They don’t need to be name brand kit, so don’t feel the need to splash out – they’re all essentially the same punishing piece of equipment!
Battle Ropes HIIT Workout:
- 12-20 rounds (dependent on your fitness)
- 10 press ups
- 20 seconds alternating waves
- 45 seconds rest
We hope you enjoy our battle ropes HIIT workout as much as we did… And remember to please follow us and post your workouts, progress and meals on Instagram, whilst using the hashtags #LDNMuscle and #LDNM so we can see your lovely creations, repost some and spread the LDNM Community far and wide!
