The Bench HIIT Workout;

  1. Scissor Step Ups
  2. Hip Thrusts
  3. Hands Raised Mountain Climbers
  4. Toe Touches

6 Rounds;

  • 30 seconds per exercise
  • No rest between exercises
  • 30 secs between rounds
  • 15 mins in total!
