The Workout:

10 x Low Cable Curls

10 x High Cable Curls

10 x Reverse Barbell Curls

10 x Zottman Curls

 

The Rules:

Complete 5 giant sets in total

Have minimal rest between exercises

Take 2 minutes rest between giant sets

Go to failure on every exercise of the final giant set
