This workout is an absolute cracker, and a sure-fire way to Burn Fat with Battle Ropes! We like to use battle ropes to mix up our cardio and conditioning sessions, and think you will find this HIIT circuit as ‘fun’ as we did, or at the least see four demos of how to use this piece of equipment with good technique!
