High Protein Baked Oats Recipe

RECIPE (makes 6 portions):
160g of rolled (or thick cut) oats
3 scoops of LDNM protein powder (we use chocolate or vanilla)
2 tsp. of baking powder
400g of cottage cheese
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
200g of mixed berries
Heat oven to 160C
Mix your oats, protein and baking powder together with a fork.
Add together your cottage cheese, eggs and vanilla extract, and then mix this into the oats.
Now add your berries to the mixture – cutting any larger berries in half – and stir in.
Spoon the mixture into individual 10cm/4″ ramekin dishes or a traybake tray.
Bake for 30 minutes, until golden brown.
