INGREDIENTS (makes 2 servings):
- 250g farmer’s cheese (or drained cottage cheese)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp. of honey
- 3 tbsp. of flour
- In a large bowl combine farmers cheese, egg yolks, honey and flour
- Beat egg whites until stiff and combine with cheese mixture
- Heat a non-stick pan with oil and place a full tablespoon of batter on the skillet. Cook them on medium heat until they are golden on both sides.
