Low Carb Protein Cookie Dough Bars
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 1 scoop LDNM vanilla protein powder
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100g fat free Greek Yogurt
- Stevia to taste
- Dark chocolate and fresh fruit (optional)
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined
- Freeze for one hour.
- Garnish with grated dark chocolate and/or fresh fruit.
