Ingredients (30 truffles):

  • 50g of melted coconut oil
  • 100g of peanut or almond butter (smooth)
  • 100ml of unsweetened almond milk
  • 5 scoops of vanilla (or cookie and cream) whey protein powder
  • Coating:
  • 4 squares of dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp. of ground hazelnuts


  1. Combine the coconut oil, peanut butter and milk in a medium bowl
  2. Add your protein powder and mix until well combined
  3. Shape the batter into 30 small and even balls (or truffles!)
  4. Melt the dark chocolate, and cover your truffles in melted chocolate, before sprinkling each evenly with the ground hazelnuts
  5. Freeze for 20 minutes or refrigerate for 60 minutes before serving!

  • Protein: 3.5g
  • Carbs: 1g
  • Fats: 3g
