The Kettlebell Conditioning Circuit Rules:

  • 10 rounds;
  • 10 reps per exercise
  • No rest between exercises
  • Complete in the order shown
  • 60 seconds rest between rounds

The Kettlebell Conditioning Circuit Exercise Order:

1.) KB Thrusters

2.) KB Alternate Rows

3.) KB Plank Drags

4.) KB Reverse Lunges

5.) KB Press Ups (perform on floor if not confident here)
