- 10 rounds;
- 10 reps per exercise
- No rest between exercises
- Complete in the order shown
- 60 seconds rest between rounds

2.) KB Alternate Rows
3.) KB Plank Drags
4.) KB Reverse Lunges
5.) KB Press Ups (perform on floor if not confident here)
